Give a brief description of your dream. Write the story of it.

Could you see yourself (watching from outer body), or were you looking through your eyes as if you were yourself?

Was your dream in color? Do you remember distinct colors? Was one color more distinct than others?

Do you remember the exchange of you dream? Were you in one dream and then like a commercial in the next. (flipping the page) Do you not remember the dream before. (just started in that dream) or did you ‘travel’ to place where the important event happened? (in the middle of being in the woods you walked out into your bedroom)

Was anyone talking or just thinking and could you hear it? Were people’s mouths moving when they talked? Could you see their teeth?

What were you feeling? Did you know you were dreaming?

Give as much detail on the surroundings as possible? Was there fuzziness to thing in a distance? Did things far away move faster or slower?

Did anyone in the dream remind you of someone you know? Even if they didn’t look like that someone? What does that person represent to you?

Is there anything significant going on in your waking life that transposed into the dream state?
